Read and listen to the videos about the Australia's Great Barrier Reef. It  is the world's largest coral reef and the richest natural ecosystem in the world. But the bio-diverse, fragile reef is under threat from human activity.

  2. I learnt that the great barrier reef is a very big place it covers 348000sq km and extends to 2300 km.The reef has lot's of different species like 1500 fish species, 4000 molluscs species and 1500 types of sponge.

I also learnt that when you dive right under water you need a special thing called a weight belt which helps them go down you also should wear a pair a flippers which helps you swim easier one more thing that you will also need is a tank of air that helps you breathe air whilst you're under water.

  21. My call is that I think that they need to stop the ships from going over the Great Barrier Reef because the ship from China came leaking oil and destroyed 3 kilo metres of reef so that is why I am against it.
